1. What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in: 4:00 PM Check-out: 10:00 AM Let us know ahead of time if you need early check-in or late check-out — we’ll do our best!

2. How do I get there, and is parking available?

GPS works great, but here’s a quick guide: From Morganton, take Hwy 60 to Loving Rd, then turn onto Eagle Ridge. We’re at 136 Eagle Ridge — look for the gravel driveway. You can park 2–3 cars comfortably.

3. Is the road steep? Do I need a 4WD vehicle?

The road is paved with some hills as you approach the cabin. Most vehicles (including 2WD) are fine in normal conditions. However, in rainy, snowy, or icy weather, a vehicle with all-wheel or 4WD is recommended. Try to arrive before dark, especially if weather may be a factor.

4. Can I bring my pet?

Yes! Pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet. Please clean up after them, keep them off furniture, and don’t leave them alone unless crated.

5. How do I use the hot tub?

The hot tub will be clean and ready when you arrive. Just rinse off before using, don’t bring glass in, and please cover it when you’re done.
